COVID-19 BJJ Toolkit

These certainly are challenging times! Many of us are forced to stay home and unable to train! Being in the midst of a pandemic does not mean we must stop training altogether. There are plenty of things we can do at home with and without equipment. Here's a preliminary list of things we can create or find around our home to use for solo drilling.

  • Jiu Jitsu belt

  • 4 legged chair

  • Resistance bands and cords

  • Exercise ball

  • Tennis balls

  • Long stick or pole

  • Wall

  • Grappling, wrestling, or puzzle mats
